reMINDset (remindset.life) is operated by Neil Wilson in Alberta, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. Questions: wilpwrcoach@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us in forms: your first name or name, email address, and anything else a form asks for, such as a phone number, location, your choices on the form and any message you write.
- Your consent choices: whether you agreed to these terms and to receive emails, and when.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking on this site.
Please do not send health information through our forms. We do not need it to send you a free resource or reply to a request.
How we use it
- To send the free resource you asked for.
- To reply to your booking or information request.
- To send emails and communications you consented to, such as a weekly note, news and occasional offers about reMINDset and related programs from Neil Wilson (WILPWR Coach).
- To understand interest and improve our programs.
Your consent and unsubscribing
We send commercial emails only with your express consent, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also withdraw consent at any time by emailing wilpwrcoach@gmail.com. We act on unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site and our emails, such as our website and form host (Netlify) and our email service provider, and only for those purposes. Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you stay subscribed or while we need it to respond to you, and delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing wilpwrcoach@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the privacy commissioner in your province or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Young people
Our forms are intended for adults. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to sign up for you.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
